Not sure about an actual game, but Reggie Lewis died during practice with the Boston Celtics in the mid 90s...He was the guy basically handed the torch from Larry Bird...Immediately after Bird retired, he was their best player...Len Bias didn't die playing basketball...He died while partying and doing cocaine...Also, Hank Gathers collapsed and died in a game as acollegeplayer for Loyala Marymount...

idk. But, I do remember a few years ago, a NBA head coach had a heart attack during a game. It was right after a call went against his team.

He fell on the ground, clutching his chest. The refs thought he was making a comment about the call, and gave him a technical while he was laying on the court having a heart attack.
A cople got heatstoke and some died from heart attacks...
